Deposit Policy
To officially secure your order and date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all orders. This deposit allows us to reserve your spot on our calendar, begin planning your design, and purchase the fresh ingredients needed to create your custom desserts with care.
Because each order is made specifically for you—from flavors and sizing to styling and details—the deposit helps protect the time, preparation, and love that goes into every bake. Once your date is booked, we’re all in and committed to making your order absolutely perfect.

Ordering + Rush Fee Policy
Ready to order something sweet? You’re welcome to reach out anytime via our website contact form, text, or email—we’d love to hear from you!
To ensure the highest quality and care, we kindly ask for a minimum of two weeks’ notice for all orders. Orders placed with less notice may be accepted based on availability and will include the following rush fees:

Less than 2 weeks’ notice: $35

Less than 1 week / Week-of service: $60
Rush fees help accommodate last-minute scheduling, sourcing ingredients, and production time while maintaining the level of excellence you expect from us. 💛🍰

Pickup and Delivery Policy
We proudly offer pickup and delivery services to make getting your treats as easy as possible.
Local pickup is always free, and once your order is confirmed, we’ll send clear instructions on where and when to find us.
For delivery orders, rates are calculated based on distance using a $0.70 per mile mileage rate. This helps cover travel time, fuel, and the extra care taken to safely transport your desserts so they arrive picture-perfect and celebration-ready.
